It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Xpence Global Holdings Ltd, a registered company in Abu Dhabi Global Market (TLN: 000002192). Xpence Saudi for ICT Ltd (“Xpence”) is currently only carrying out pre-launch marketing in preparation for a future launch of Xpence branded payment cards (“Cards”).
