How do I add funds to my card?

There are two ways to start the process of adding funds to your card.  

 You can start the add funds process from your corporate wallet or directly from your card. 

 Option 1 – Adding Funds from your Corporate Wallet  

1. On your corporate wallet, tap the button marked “…More actions”  
2. A “More actions” option selector will appear from the bottom of the screen. 
3. Select the option “Add money to Xpence cards” 
4. Click continue. 
5. You will now see a list of cards you can add funds too. Your cards are always shown on the top of the list.  
6. Select your card you want to add funds to. 
7. Click next. 
8. Enter the amount you want to add and click the arrow in the bottom right corner of the screen. 
9. Review the transfer details. If you want to change the amount you can click the arrow in the top left corner of the screen.  
10. If the amount is correct, click the Confirm button at the bottom of the screen. 
11. On the next screen, you will be asked to authenticate your request by entering your 6-digit passcode. 
12. You will see a success screen once you have authenticated your request. 
13. You can now choose to top-up another card or go back to your corporate wallet. 

 Option 2A – Adding Funds from your Corporate Wallet  

1. Go to your card you want to add funds to.  
2. You will find your cards in the Cards module under the Cards tab. 
3. Tap the card you want to add funds to. 
4. Click the “+ Add money” button in the centre of your card. 
5. An “Add money” option selector will appear from the bottom of the screen. 
6. Select the first option “Add money from Xpence wallet” 
7. Click continue. 
8. Enter the amount you want to add and click the arrow in the bottom right corner of the screen. 
9. On the next screen, you will be asked to authenticate your request by entering your 6-digit passcode. 
10. You will see a success screen once you have authenticated your request. 
11. Click the “Done” button to return to your card. 

 Option 2B – Adding Funds from Another Card  

1. Go to your card you want to add funds to.  
2. You will find your cards in the Cards module under the Cards tab. 
3. Tap the card you want to add funds to. 
4. Click the “+ Add money” button in the centre of your card. 
5. An “Add money” option selector will appear from the bottom of the screen. 
6. Select the second option “Add money from your Xpence cards” 
7. Click continue. 
8. Tap the + button on the “Add money from” tab. 
9. You will now see a list of cards you can transfer funds from. Your cards are always shown on the top of the list.  
10. Select your card you want to transfer funds from. 
11. Next, tap the + button on the “Select amount” tab. 
12. Enter the amount you want to transfer. 
13. Click the arrow in the bottom right corner of the screen. 
14. Click next. 
15. Then confirm the transfer.  
16. On the next screen, you will be asked to authenticate your request by entering your 6-digit passcode. 
17. You will see a success screen once you have authenticated your request. 
18. You can now choose to top-up another card or go back to your cards.
